The new Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Summer Series got underway at the G Casino in Bolton yesterday with a £200 no-limit hold’em freezeout.
This will be followed with a £300 no-limit hold’em freezeout today and the £500 no-limit 
hold’em freezeout main event tomorrow.
Capacity for each event is 150 and players will receive a 45 minute clock while the winners of each event will, in addition to the prize money, win a seat into the GUKPT Champion of Champions event at the end of the year.
The Summer Series moves on to Aberdeen next week and Walsall the following week.
