Free Cake in Poker Players Alliance Freerolls$3,500 PPA Freerolls on Cake Poker Every Saturday |
|
It’s rare to get a chance to play poker for free money while at the same time supporting a cause that is important to you. Cake Poker’s Poker Players Alliance (PPA) freerolls dole out big money simply for taking the time to help keep support poker.
Last week’s PPA $3500 Freeroll on Cake Poker awarded an equivalent of $13 in equity to each seated player based on the entry numbers, and the next freeroll is set to go down in just two days.
Tournament tickets to this Saturday’s PPA $3500 Freeroll are now up for grabs. All you have to do is support the game you love by signing the PPA Petition at http://www.pokerpetition.com/cakepoker. Cake Poker will reward you for adding your voice to millions of poker players who have already signed this petition with a tournament ticket to any one of our upcoming Saturday $3500 PPA Freerolls running now through July 25.
100 Percent More Cake Rewards
From now until July 15, Cake is dishing out Gold Cards at double the speed, which equates to 100 percent more rewards up for grabs at all Cake Poker real-money ring games.
Cake Poker’s Turbo Gold Card promotion, which turns up the reward heat at the ring-game tables, rewards players dealt cards in all levels and stakes of cash games. In fact, players can earn a Gold Card simply for being dealt cards, even if they fold. With Gold Cards falling at twice the usual rate, Cake Poker’s new $50,000 Gold Card Race is even juicier. Each Gold Card earned is equal to miles around the race track on the ultimate Gold Card leader board, offering $50,000 in monthly cash prizes. Players placing in the top 50 of each weekly Gold Card leader board will collect up to $1,000 cash in their real-money balance.
Play for Cake in London
Cake Poker is sending players to England for the English Poker Open, which will be held from Sept. 15-17, 2009 in Nottingham.
Phil Hellmuth, among other notable pros, has already confirmed his seat in the $5,300 no-limit hold’em main event at the DuskTillDawn casino, which boasts a $1 million-guaranteed prize pool and a player cap of 270. Starting stacks are set for 10,000, and play begins at 2 p.m. each day, allowing for time to peruse the countryside. Players can also partake in £560 and £280 no-limit hold’em prelims.
Satellites are now on at Cake Poker starting at only $3. Each qualifier final plays Sunday at 4 p.m. ET and guarantees one $7,000 prize package ($5,300 main event buy-in plus $1,700 cash). Last Sunday’s inaugural qualifier sent the top two packing for England with over $6,000 in cash prizes to follow.
