Christer JohanssonPaddyPowerPoker.com is already looking ahead to the Irish Open 2010. The prestigious event with its €3,200 + €300 buy-in will kick off on Apr. 2 and run for four days. A super satellite will take place the day before it begins.

All those who qualify at the site will be eligible for the second-ever €100,000 Sole Survivor promotion which sees a package worth €100,000 go to the last remaining PaddyPowerPoker qualifier left in the field. The 2009 Sole Survivor was 31-year-old German, Marcel Koch.

The Sole Survivor schedule sees qualifying tournaments on Sundays, 7:30 p.m — $250+$18 freezeout; and Tuesdays, 7:30 p.m. — $80+$8 rebuy ($40 rebuy/add-on)

Players can qualify for the event for as little as $0.50.

The full schedule for the Irish Open festival has now been released.
