Dutch Event Attracts 341 Players Creating €2 Million Plus Prize Pool

Last year's Amsterdam Master Classics main event winner Jan SorensenThe annual Amsterdam Master Classics main event got underway yesterday attracting 342 players to the €6,000 + €200 buy-in event at Holland Casino, Amsterdam.

At the end of play on day 1 just 156 players remained in the four day event.

The top ten chip leaders going into day two were:

Still in the running are players such as Noah Boeken, Andrew Teng, Antony Lellouche, Bruno Fitoussi, Juha Helppi and last year’s winner Jan Sorensen.

The prize pool for this event is €2,050,000.
