Commerce CasinoCommerce Casino has released the full schedule for the 2010 L.A. Poker Classic, and the tournament series will feature 51 events that will run from late January until the end of the World Poker Tour $10,000 no-limit hold’em championship on March 4. The LAPC will also once again host the WPT Celebrity Invitational, which begins on Feb. 20. The final table of the invitational will take place on March 3, which allows the final-table contestants in the championship event to rest for one day.

In addition to the WPT championship event, which begins Feb. 26, the LAPC will feature three other events with five-figure buy-ins. There will be a $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. championship event that starts on Feb. 18, and a $10,000 heads-up no-limit hold’em championship that starts on Feb. 23. A new event for 2010 is the $25,000 high-roller championship, which will begin on Feb. 28.

The first event on the schedule is a $335 no-limit hold’em event with a $1 million-guaranteed prize pool that starts on Jan. 20. The event will have four starting days, and players can re-enter the event if they bust out on days 1A-1C. An event similar to this was hosted at Commerce in September during the Commerce Hold’em Series, and it drew 3,967 to create a prize pool worth $753,730.

Other interesting games included on the 2010 LAPC tournament schedule are badugi, Chinese poker, and an eight-game mixed event. There is also a tournament that will offer a true test of tournament poker endurance. The $2,100 Iron Man no-limit hold’em event will begin at 4 p.m. on Feb. 21. There will be no scheduled breaks for the event, but three meal breaks will be provided. The tournament will continue play until one champion remains, and no deals are allowed.

Mega-satellites for the no-limit hold’em championship event will run from Tuesday, Feb. 23 to Thursday, Feb. 25. Three other tournaments will offer mega-satellites, as well. They are the $2,100 Iron Man no-limit hold’em event ($460 satellite on Feb. 21), the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. championship ($1,050 satellites on Feb. 16 and 17), and the $1,065 no-limit hold’em with rebuys event (satellites on Feb. 12).
