World Cup of Poker VI Final Begins Today at PokerStars Caribbean Adventure

PokerStarsThe second day of heats for the PokerStars World Cup of Poker VI at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) in the Bahamas played out yesterday and saw Finland soar from sixth place to second in the list of nine competing.

The final begins today and each team sits down with a chip stack relative to points won in the heats.

As it stands, here is how each team are going into the day:

First place Croatia (100,000 starting stack, 20,000 per player)
Second place Finland (90,000, 18,000 per player)
Third place Canada (80,000, 16,000 per player);
Fourth place Chinese Taipei (70,000, 14,000 per player);
Fifth place Norway (60,000, 12,000)
Sixth place Italy (50,000, 10,000 per player);
Seventh place USA (40,000, 8,000 per player)
Eighth place Germany (30,000, 6,000 per player);
Ninth place Chile (20,000, 4,000 per player).

The event will be broadcast live on PokerStars.tv from noon local time.
