This Week in Poker
The Calm before the Storm
There was no major movement on the Card Player Player of the Year leader board this week, but things won’t remain that way for long. The PokerStars North American Poker Tour Mohegan Sun main event will crown a champion on Sunday, April 11. In addition to that, two major poker tournaments will start next week. The European Poker Tour stop in San Remo begins on Thursday, April 15, and the WPT Championship begins on Sunday, April 18. Next week’s schedule is one of the busiest of the year for tournament poker.
