Ramzi Jelassi of Sweden has won the Helsinki Midnight Sun tournament in Finland topping the field of 139 players in the €2,850 buy in event to take home €116,000 in prize money.
The former European Poker Tour winner said of his victory, “I have played the Midnight Sun and Helsinki Freezeout quite a few times now and being part Finnish I just wanted to go home with the Gnome this time. It cost me some money but it’s like winning a WSOP bracelet in this part of the world so it was very important to me”
