THE SCENARIO
Blinds: 40,000-80,000 with a 10,000 ante
Your Hand: K J
Stack Sizes: You (11.7 million) Small Blind (9.4 million)
The Action: A player in late position raises to 225,000. The small blinds calls and you do as well in the big blind. The flop comes down K 9 5 and the small blinds checks. You check as well and the original raiser bets 525,000.
The small blind calls and you check-raise to 1.5 million. The original raiser folds and the small blind reraises to 4 million.
