PokerStars.com will soon deal its 5 billionth hand, and to celebrate, it's handing out more than $1 million in free cash and World Series of Poker and World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) entries to its ring game players.
Starting with hand #4,930,000,000, PokerStars.com will give cash away to its ring players on 32 "milestone" hands. "Milestones" will become more frequent the closer it gets to hand number 5 billion. Every player dealt cards in one of the cash ring game "milestone" hands will win $2,000. The winner of the main pot wins $5,000.
But the big prize is released with hand 5 billion.
Every player dealt cards in the 5 billionth hand wins $10,000 and entry to the WCOOP main event. The winner of the main pot wins $50,000 and entry into the WCOOP main event.
And on Sunday, May 28, PokerStars.com is again celebrating the 5 billionth hand milestone with a freeroll that will give out more than $200,000 in cash and entry seats. The freeroll costs player 500 frequent player points and will award nine WSOP main event prize packages and $100,000 in cash.
