The second day of action at the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) ended up affecting the top two spots in the Card Player Online Player of the Year race.
In event no. 6, Jamie “Xaston” Kaplan beat Raj “BadcardsAA” Vohra heads up for the bracelet and a $213,986. Vohra, who earned $156,528, picked up 1,200 OPOY points for his finish and temporarily moved into first place in the rankings.
Not wanting to be outdone, Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek took down the second chance tournament for a $66,307 score of his own and earned enough points to take back the top spot. Jarzabek now has a 132-point lead over Vohra in the race.
