Double For Palmer
Jul 15, '13
Ben Palmer just doubled up again and we managed to barely get the end of the hand. The board read 2A2K when Palmer put his last 6,700 in the middle. Palmer’s opponent, John Holsonback, made the call and turned over 99.
Palmer was in great shape with AQ and he doubled up when the A fell on the river.
Afterwards we heard that there was already 25,000 invested into this hand by both players preflop. The flop went check-check and on the turn the last chips went into the pot.
Palmer now has around 70,000 while Holsonback still has 120,000 chips.
