Benjamin Nguyen Makes Big Laydown
Jul 14, '17
Down to his last 500,000, Benjamin Nguyen checked and his opponent moved all in, having him covered, on a board reading 6637. Nguyen went deep into the tank, as both players engaged in some table chatter. They both said they had at least a pair of sixes.
Nguyen eventually mucked A7 face up, which was a pair and a flush draw. It was a pretty strong hand to let go with a roughly 12-big-blind stack, but it ended up being a good fold when his opponent tabled pocket aces.

Action Flop For Three Players
Jul 13, '17
Benjamin Nguyen knocked out a player after calling an all-in bet on a AK9 flop. A player in the blind moved all in after some heavy betting with the AQ, and the two players behind him both had A-K. One of the big slicks folded, but Nguyen called with the AK.
The board ran out two bricks for A-Q and Nguyen collected the pot. The other player in the hand with A-K said that she put someone on a set of nines.
