Level 22: Sands Eliminated 10th, Final Table Now Underway
Jul 02, '11
NOTE: Play ended last night with 10 players and resumed this afternoon at approximately 3:00pm. David Sands came to the ten-handed unofficial final table as the chip leader with more than a quarter of all of the chips in play, but quickly bubbled the final table in 10th place shortly after the day began.
Despite starting the day with a massive lead, Sands lost an early double up to Jeffrey Gibraltar, giving him the lead and leaving Sands short. Sands was able to chip back a bit, but eventually he bubbled in 10th place after Igor Sharaskin scooped his all-in pot with two pair and the nut-low.
