Joe Hachem Doubles Up On The BubbleFeb 28, '11 Jason Senti raised to 14,000 from under the gun and Joe Hachem moved all in behind him for 53,000. Hachem loudly announced to the room that he was all in and motioned for the cameras to come over. Scott Seiver agonized over his hand behind him and eventually mucked what he later claimed to be pocket queens, saving his last 46,000 for a better spot. The action folded back to Senti, who weighed his options. At this point, it was clear to quite a few people that Hachem had aces, but Senti called anyway with 109. Sure enough, Hachem showed AA and the room sweated out the flop. The flop fell KJ4, giving Senti outs to a queen. The turn was the 8 and all of a sudden Senti had six outs for a straight. Hachem buried his face in his hands as the dealer pulled the 3 on the river, but the rest of the table reacted as if he had been beaten in an effort to fool him. Hachem quickly opened his eyes to see he had doubled and Senti was left with 365,000 in chips. We’ve now run about 30 minutes off the clock this level and have only played five hands.
