Last year’s runner up finisher Miguel Hernandez is making another deep run this time around and recently forced a fold from tablemate Terry Presley.
Hernandez raised to 10,000 from the hijack and Presley called from the button. The flop fell K92 and both players checked. The turn was the 5 and Hernandez checked again. Presley bet 17,000 and Hernandez fired back with a bet of 40,000. Presley released his hand and Hernandez raked in the pot.

Nivedan Nasina moved all in from middle position for his last 51,500 with A10 and Terry Presley called from the small blind with 1010.
The dealer spread AQ2 and Nasina asked the dealer for “no tens.”
The board completed 76 and Nasina doubled up.
“Do I make the news,” he asked as he happily pulled in his chips.
“Yeah, it’s going to say ‘short stack still short,’” tablemate Lou Barlow joked as Nasina laughed.

Quan Nguyen Doubles Through Terry Presley
Aug 04, '13
Quan Nguyen moved all in for his last 20,000 from Under the Gun+1 and Terry Presley called from the button.
“Turn ’em up,” the dealer told the two players and Nguyen showed A3. Presley tabled J10 and the flop was dealt Q82.
As the dealer turned over the 9 Nguyen began to collect his things, thinking he had been beat by Presley’s Queen-high straight. However, his tablemates quickly pointed out he had turned the Ace-high flush and Presley was drawing dead to win the hand. The river was the meaningless J.
“I thought the nine did it for me,” Nguyen said as he pulled in his chips.
