Ashkan Razavi took a massive lead going into heads-up with an almost 6:1 chip advantage over Amanda Musumeci. Huang took the lead that hand with about 4.1 million in chips, but Musumeci quickly took it back from Huang in a another big showdown that she won with two pair. Musumeci then lost the lead to Ashkan Razavi towards the end of the level when his pair of tens held up in a showdown.
