Bronshtein found himself all in against Vladimir Schmelev. That was already a bad sign which got worse when Schmelev showed AAQ. Bronshtein had split sixes and took one of Schmelev’s aces on fifth street.

But Schmelev caught the case A for trips and Bronshtein was drawing dead. He made a worthless two pair on the river and he was eliminated.

Pat Pezzin Eliminated In 14th Place

Pezzin was all in against Men “The Master” Nguyen on fifth street. Pezzin had four diamonds and a pair of deuces. He was trailing Nguyen’s pair of jacks.

Pezzin caught a red card on sixth street, but the 5 was the wrong suit. To make things worse, Nguyen caught the J on sixth to make trips. Pezzin could not catch any help on the river and he was eliminated.
