On the turn with the board reading 99410, Patrick Eskdandar checked from the small blind and the player in the big blind bet 1,600. Middle position called and Eskandar check-raised to 5,500.
The big blind folded and middle position called. The river was the Q and both players checked. Eskandar tabled 98 and his opponent mucked. Eskandar won the pot with trip nines and crosses the 100,000-chip mark.
Matt Affleck bet under the gun and Johnny Lodden moved all in for 1,470,000 from the button. Affleck called with the A10 and Lodden was in a coinflip with his 88. The flop was safe for Lodden as it came KQ2. However, Affleck picked up a gutshot straight draw. The 10 on the turn gave Affleck a pair of tens and put him way out in front. Lodden was in deep trouble. The 7 on the river was no help and Lodden was gone.
Robert Pisano opened to 280,000 from early position. Pascal LeFrancois called. Action was folded to Adam Levy. He raised to 1,000,000. Pisano called. LeFrancois moved all in for around 15,500,000. Levy tanked for a couple minutes and folded. Pisano folded as well. LeFrancois was up to about 17,900,000 after the hand.
Patrick Eskandar Moves All In
Patrick Eskandar bet 275,000 from middle position. Soi Nguyen called from the cutoff. The flop came 443 and Eskandar moved all in for 1,780,000. Nguyen tanked before finally folding. Eskandar took the pot to increase his stack to 2,400,000.
Michael Mizrachi Climbing
Mads Wissing limped in for the small blind. Michael Mizrachi checked from the big blind. The flop came AJ2 and both players checked. The turn brought the 4 and Wissing bet 225,000. Mizrachi called. The river brought the 8 and Wissing bet 440,000. Mizrachi raised to 990,000. Wissing called. Mizrachi tabled the J8 for two pair and was good. Mizrachi was up to 8,300,000 after the hand. Wissing was down to 1,400,000.
William Thorson Moves All In
John Racener opened to 275,000. Action was folded to Thorson in the small blind. Thorson moved all in for about 4,000,000. Racener tanked before finally foldind his hand. Thorson was up to about 4,350,000 after the hand.
