Since transitioning to the live tournament circuit, Carroll has accumulated a number of high-profile cashes, including a win at the 2007 World Series of Poker Circuit event at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, a second-place finish in the 2007 World Poker Tour Mirage Poker Showdown main event, and a third-place finish at the 2008 WPT Championship.
