Mick Robilotto Eliminates Halley Lewis
Jun 24, '16
Halley Lewis was short stacked and all in from the cutoff for his last 4,850. Mick Robilotto got the count and then called from the button, causing the blinds to fold.
Robilotto showed KQ, but he was dominated by Lewis and his AK.
Unfortunately for Lewis, the flop came down KQ9 to give Robilotto two pair. The turn was the 8 and the river was the 5, sending Lewis to the rail.
Robilotto is now stacked with a very healthy 75,000 in chips.

Jie Liu Busts Willie Lawrence
Jun 24, '16
Halley Lewis raised in early position and was called in two spots before Willie Lawrence moved all in for his last 10,000.
Jie Liu was next to act and cold called the all-in. Lewis went into the tank for a bit before folding what he later claimed was pocket tens, and the other two players folded as well.
Lawrence showed 99 and saw he was racing against Liu’s AK. The board ran out K52A10 and Liu took the pot, increasing his stack to 53,000.
Lewis was clearly annoyed to have folded the winner, but Lawrence is the one who has hit the rail. Lawrence finished sixth in this event last year, but he’ll have to re-enter if he wants to make a return trip to the final table.

Halley Lewis Takes A Pot Against Willie Lawrence
Jun 24, '16
Two Tallahassee residents, along with another player, were tangled up in a pot on a board reading K Q 8.
Willie Lawrence bet 1,200 and it was called by Halley Lewis and another player.
The turn was the A, and it was checked to Lawrence. He fired out 2,400 this time, and Lewis raised to 11,000. It was folded to Lawrence, and he went into the tank. He eventually folded, and Lewis showed the A 8 for two pair.
Lewis was up to around 40,000 after the hand.

Michael Frierson Doubles Up In Massive Pot
Jun 24, '16
After hearing some commotion over on table 47, we walked over to get the details.
Halley Lewis raised on the button and was three-bet by Michael Frierson in the big blind. Lewis called and the two players saw a flop of 522.
We’re not sure of the action from that point on, but after the 10 hit the turn, both players got their stacks in the middle. Lewis was ahead with A2 for flopped trips, but Frierson was still drawing live with his AA.
The river was the 7, giving Frierson the nut flush and doubling him to about 48,000 in chips. Lewis was left crippled with about 2,000.
