We just got an update from Matt Bretzfield as he stacked a huge pot. After an under-the-gun raise to 18,000, Erik Christensen called from the cutoff and Bretzfield raised to 82,000 from the hijack.
Just Christensen called, and he check called another 85,000 on a flop of A1010.
The turn was the 6 and both players checked, and the river was the 3. Christensen bet 135,000, and Bretzfield called with AQ.
Christensen could only show QJ for a busted royal flush draw, and Bretzfield chipped up to 1,100,000.

Matt Bretzfield Holds Against Huge Draw To Bust Oleg Gaidouk

On a board reading KQ10J, Oleg Gaidouk was all in with a monster draw of J10 against the AJ of Matt Bretzfield.
Bretzfield held a straight, but Gaidouk’s royal flush draw could still win with any spade, ten, or jack, as well as chop with an offsuit ace. The river was the 2, and Gaidouk was eliminated.
Bretzfield is now up to 750,000 and among the top three stacks.
