Big Table
A loaded table is shaping up, including Hevad Khan, Cody Slaubaugh, and David Williams all near the top of the tournament's chip leaders. Until, that is, Williams decided to tussle with Lloyd Moore. After Moore raised the minimum to 400, drawing a call from David Williams on the big blind, the flop came down A94. Williams checked, Moore bet 600, and Williams called. The turn was the K and again Williams checked, Moore bet 1,500 this time, and Williams raised, to 4,500. Moore wasted little time in moving all in and Williams snap-called, showing the 92 for the nine high flush. He was drawing dead, though, as Moore held J10. Williams was crippled, down to 2,100, while Moore joined the likes of Khan and Slaubaugh on the leaderboard.
Dutchman Doubles Up
Peter Dalhuijsen doubled up to more than 20,000 in chips when his AA held up against KQ. Both players got it in after a flop of Q92.
McManus Wins Another Pot
