Hortin was all in for his tournament life before the flop and in the lead with AK against Nunes’ AQ. Antonin Teisseire Wins Event #50 ($825,604)Jul 02, '11 Darryl Ronconi Eliminated in 2nd Place ($510,053) Adam Geyer Started the day as the chip leader, but Darryl Ronconi doubled through Geyer early in the day, taking the chip lead for himself and leaving Geyer on the short stack. Although it was Ronconi that took the early lead here on Day 4, it was Antonin Teisseire that began the day as the aggressor, busting Eric Froehlich in fourth place and then Geyer in 3rd, nearly evening the stacks heading into heads-up play. Ronconi began the final match with roughly 6.3 million to Teisseire’s 6 million, but Teisseire quickly took the lead and never looked back. On the final hand of the tournament, Darryl Ronconi open-shoved before the flop from the button and Antonin Teisseire called from the big blind. Teisseire lead with A 8 against Ronconi’s Q 8. The board came Q 10 3 2 9, giving Teisseire a flush on the river to win the pot. Also earning that payout was one-time chip-leader, Jordan Morgan, who was busted in an unlikely 24th place just before the dinner break. Morgan tangled in a pot with Darryl Ronconi, who Morgan had outchipped by only about $30,000. The two of them ended up getting all of the money in on a flop of J-10-9. Morgan had pocket Kings, and Ronconi had A-Q. The turn was a blank, but a King hit on the river, and Morgan was crippled. All-in on his very next hand with 4-3, Morgan couldn’t beat his opponent’s 10-9, and he was eliminated. Still alive in the field are David Daneshgar, Justin Pechie, and Ross Boatman, who has been visited by his brother Barny on the rail recently.
