Eliminations:
16h Place - Dan Martin ($25,301)
17th Place - Darren Nelson ($25,301)
18th Place - Sunny Chattha ($25,301)
Big Hands:
In One Crazy Hand Johnson Busts Chattha in 18th Place ($25,301)
Marco Johnson raised to 51,000 and Sunny Chattha re-raised to 105,000. Johnson thought briefly then moved all in and was called by Chattha. Chattha turned over A K and Johnson sheepishly showed Q J . The flop couldn't have been more exciting- running A K J , giving Chattha top two pair and Johnson the royal flush draw. The turn kept the tension high, bringing the Q to give Johnson more outs. The river sent the rail into an uproar, coming J to give a visibly shocked Johnson a full house and the biggest pot of the tournament thus far. Chattha had been one of the chipleaders, yet Johnson had him covered and his stack exploded to 1,100,000 after the win, making him the new chip leader. While raking in his new chips Johnson took several deep breaths to calm down.
Tempers Are Flaring, Martin Eliminated in 16th Place ($25,301)
There's so much drama when there's thousands of dollars on the line. Daniel Rome put in a raise only to have Dan Martin move all in. Kenneth Shelton was next to act and he tanked, counting his chips, slapping himself while trying to figure out what to do. Eventually somebody called for a clock and Shelton was given one minute to decide. He vocalized that he didn't like the fact that Rome was in the pot. As his minute was expiring he said "fold" and angrily launched his cards across the table at Rome. His exposed hand was 10 10 . Rome still hadn't acted after Martin's all in, so the floorman gave Shelton a warning for his actions. Rome didn't seem fazed and announced he called Martin's all in, tabling A K . Shelton could be heard angrily saying, "I knew that's what he had." Martin showed J 9 .
The flop came 8 5 2 . To rub salt in Shelton's wound, the turn was the 10 , which would've given him top set had he called. The river was the 6 and Rome took a nice pot while Martin quietly exited in 16th place.
Nelson Gone in 17th Place ($25,301)
Facing a 50,000 raise from Gabe Costner, Darren Nelson moved all in for 120,000 and was called. Costner had A Q and Nelson showed Q 9 . The board ran 8 7 6 , giving a straight draw to Nelson, but finished with the 4 and 2 and Nelson was gone in 17th place.
Rome Doubles
Facing a raise from Ryan D'Angelo, Daniel Rome moved all in and Angelo made the call. Rome showed 10 10 and D'Angelo showed A 4 . The board ran J 7 6 5 K and Rome's 10s held, doubling him to around 300,000.

Big Hands:
What the...? Gorelik Gone in 20th Place ($20,241)
Facing a raise from the player in seat 7, Guy Gorelik moved all in after much thought. Gabe Costner, acting right after Gorelik, asked for a chip count from the dealer and decided to move all in over the top of Gorelik. Seat 7 got out of the way and he had a shocked look on his face when he saw the hands in play. He wasn't alone, as the rail let out some expressions of amazement. Gorelik showed A 7 , but Costner had amazed and confused spectators around the table, because even against a raise and a reraise he had moved all in with A 5 . Gorelik looked to be in good shape to get back in contention, bu tthe flop brought a dagger, running K 5 3 to pair Costner's 5. The turn K and river 4 sent a disgusted Gorelik to the rail in 20th place. Costner shot up into the chip lead with 912,000.
Back-to-Back Big Pots
In a three-way pot, a flop of K 8 5 was checked to Ryan D'Angelo, who bet 56,000. Sergey Rybachenko immediately made the call and Denys Drobyna got out of the way. The turn was the 8 and Rybachenko quickly checked to D'Angelo who fired 125,000. Rybachenko made the call again. The river was the A and Rybachenko checked a final time to D'Angelo, who didn't stop firing. He bet 240,000 and Rybachenko tanked. He finally made the call and D'Angelo announced, "kings full of eights," then flipped over K K for the monstrous full house. Rybachenko slid his cards into the muck and passed a massive pot to young D'Angelo.
The following hand D'Angelo and Rybachenko were heads up again. D'Angelo again led the betting on every street with Rybachenko calling him down. After the river on a Q 10 2 5 5 board, D'Angelo fired out 120,000 and Rybachenko made the call without much thought. "You get some of them back," D'Angelo said and showed K-9 for a missed straight draw. Rybachenko showed J 10 for two pair and got many of his chips back.
D'Angelo ended the level with around 850,000 in chips. Rybachenko had around 480,000 in chips.

Big Hands:
"And the roller coaster continues," Katz Eliminates Chan in 27th Place ($20,241)
Adam Katz, AKA Akat11, was sitting in the big blind when the short-stacked Feming Chan him pushed all in from the small blind. Katz looked down and saw 9 9 and made the call. The small blind turned over A K and Katz was shocked saying, "Wow, is this for real?" He said he didn't expect both short stacks at the table to both be in the blinds with actual hands.
The board ran 8 7 4 7 J , giving Katz the pot. After the chips were counted, it was learned that Katz had his opponent outchipped, so the player was eliminated. While stacking his new chips Katz said, "And the roller coaster continues."
The roller coaster ended before the round could, as Katz was later eliminated.
Broadway Sends Markovits Packing
A short-stacked Adam Markovits moved all in and was called by Sunny Chattha. Markovits' A 4 was behind Chattha's A J until the flop brought K 4 K to pair Markovits' 4. The turn card made things interesting, bringing the Q to give Chattha more outs. The river was the 10 , completing Chattha's runner-runner straight to eliminate Markovits.

Ryan D’Angelo Eliminated in 3rd Place ($326,812)
Big hands:
Alan Cutler Eliminated in 5th Place ($223,497)
In an unsightly turn of events, Alan Cutler had lost most of his chips to Alexadre Gomes after getting it in with top two pair against Gomes’ undercards. Gomes went runner-runner trips to double through Cutler.
The very next hand and Cutler raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and Marco Johnson reraised all in. Cutler called and Johnson had him covered.
Johnson: 5 5
Cutler: Q Q
Board: J 5 2 6 K
Cutler was dominating Johnson before the flop, reducing his opponent to only two outs in the deck. Gomes flopped his set and Cutler was eliminated in 5th place ($223,497). From chip leader to fifth place over the span of just two hands, it is going to be a long ride home for Alan Cutler.
Robert Brewer Eliminated in 4th Place ($274,101)
Ryan D’Angelo raised to 150,000 before the flop and Robert Brewer called. The flop came K 8 5 , and Brewer bet 325,000. D’Angelo made the call and the turn was the 4 . D’Angelo moved all in and Brewer called. D’Angelo turned over K K for top set while Brewer showed 10 7 for the flush draw. The river was the 7 and Robert Brewer was eliminated in 4th place ($274,101). That makes four knock-outs now for D’Angelo.
Ryan D’Angelo Eliminated in 3rd Place ($326,812)
Alexandre Gomes doubled through Ryan D’Angelo a few hands prior, taking the chip lead for the first time today.
Still riled up after Gomes sucked out on the river to steal the chip lead from him, Ryan D’Angelo raised to 150,000 before the flop and Alexandre Gomes moved all in. D’Angelo called and both players turned over their cards.
Gomes: 9 9
D’Angelo: A Q
