Galic vs. Horecki
Sep 04, '09
Team PokerStars Pro Marcin Horecki bet 2,000 on a flop of K 10 4 from the button and Dragan Galic check-raised to 6,000 from middle position. Horecki thought for a moment, but then he decided to muck his cards. Part of that decision probably had to with the massive chip stack of Galic. Mattern Versus Marcin
Apr 28, '09
Post-flop action saw Arnaud Mattern and Marcin Horecki circle around the pot, like two hungry but careful wild dogs around prey. The flop reads 9 5 2 and Mattern bets 4,000 from the shotgun. Horecki calls from the hijack. The turn is the 9 , the Frenchman bets out again, this time 9,200, and the Polishman calls. The river is the 5 , both players check and Mattern holds up the 2 . It's not enough however, as it's way behind Horecki's pocket jacks.

Chen gets Horecki-d
Mar 10, '09
Coming in late in the action to a board of K 6 4 10 A , we're told that Andrew Chen (pictured left) has check-called Marcin Horecki all the way down to the river (including a raise preflop). There is about 5,000 in the pot and Horecki bets 2,975., Chen thinks about it for a little bit and then calls. He instantly mucks when Horecki shows 6 6 .
"I guess you're not bluffing then!" says Chen despondently.

Tricky Tables
Oct 27, '08
A table to keep an eye on is one which includes the calm and collected Marcel Luske and online whizz Danny Ryan. Irishman Fintan Gavin is seated next to German Johannes Strassman on table 2, and Sorel Mizzi and Annette Obrestad are on neighbouring tables. Two players to watch out for today are, the above mentioned, Strassman who came seventh in the London EPT main event, earning a tidy sum of $211,700, and Marcin Horecki who did a good deal better in third place for $532,111 in the Victoria Casino just a few weeks ago.
