Josh Hale raised to 2,000 from the hijack seat and the cutoff called. The button called and Michael Rocco called from the big blind. The flop was 863 and action checked around to Hale. Hale bet 4,000 and the cutoff called. The button and Rocco folded their hands and the turn was the J. Hale bet 9,000, the cutoff called and the river was the 5. Both players then checked and the hands were tabled. Hale showed two red fours but the cutoff had the better hand with 76.

Hale Bests Jing

Tim Cramer raised to 80,000 from under the gun and Shan Jing called from the cutoff. Josh Hale called from the big blind and the three saw a flop of K85. Hale and Cramer checked and Jing bet 130,000. Hale made the call and Cramer got out of the way.
The turn was the A and both players checked. The turn was the 2 and Hale bet 340,000. Jing went deep into the tank before folding two red queens face up.

With the board reading KK8 the small blind checked and Hale bet 20,000. The small blind called and the 4 turned up on the river. Small blind then check-called Hale’s bet of 45,000 to see the J on the river.
Both players checked and the hands were shown. The small blind was holding Q10 and was beat by Hale’s J9.
