He eventually made the call and flipped over pocket fives. Soja showed down pocket nines and eliminated her opponent. She now holds 40,000 for the early chip lead. Jonathan Little Scores and Early Pot There was 12,000 in the pot and a board of J86 on the table Jonathan Little bet 10,000 and his opponent went into the tank. He open mucked pocket queens and Little wins the hand to grow his stack to 30,000. The rest of the table tried to guess his hole cards but Little remained motionless as he stacked the pot. New School vs. Old School John Hoang bet 1,000 from the big blind on a board of 985A and Peter Eastgate made the call in middle position. The 6 fell on the river and Hoang bet 3,000. Eastgate went into the tank and eventually mucked. Hoang grew his stack to 25,000 after the hand. After a minute Eastgate calls. “Have you an ace?” says Gustavson. “No,” said Eastgate as both players worryingly looked at each other.
