3 and Hougaard suffered a small dent to his stack. He goes into day 2 with 7,000 - but then again that is better than his bracelet holding brother who busted late session.
The board says 222 players remain - a massive drop from the 578 who started the day.
Another batch of hopefuls hit the floor tomorrow same place, same time for day 1B - and then we will see some final figures on the number of entrants and the prize pool. Either way, it is sure to be a groundbreaking EPT event.
