Philippe Casciola just put in a re-raise of 12,000 after both James Woods and Paul Mateo had 3,500 out in front of them. We’re not sure what the action before this was, but the pressure was now on Woods who decided to fold.
Mateo made the call and the flop brought K28 and Casciola moved all in right away for 10,100. Mateo made the call and the showdown went as following.
Casciola: AA
Mateo: KJ
The board ran out 4, 5 and Casciola doubled up. Mateo was left behind with very little chips and he’ll be looking to double up quickly.
