Daniel Quach moves all in and Alan Goehring calls. Quach shows Ad-Jh. Goehring shows Kd-8h and will need help. The flop comes Qc-Jd-9c. The turn is the Kh and Goehring takes the lead. The river card is the 7c and Alan Goehring wins the hand. There was some confusion at the end of the hand as to whether Goehring had Quach covered. When the chips were finally counted, Alan Goehring barely had Quach covered and is declared the winner of the L.A. Poker Classic.

Daniel Quach finishes second and wins $1,162,560.
