Day 2 to Start at 3 p.m.

Michael MizrachiThe remaining 88 players in the $10,000 seven card stud championship will return to the Rio today at 3 p.m. to continue their quest for the bracelet and the $394,800 prize money.

Michael Mizrachi is atop the chip counts coming into day 2, along with his counterpart from the Players Championship, Vladimir Schmelov. John D’Agostino and Doyle Brunson also are in the top five in chips with over 100,000 each.

The average stack for the day is just over 50,000 and they will start with limits of 1,500-3,000. Stay tuned to Card Player for level-by-level coverage of the tournament throughout the day.
