Levi Berger Doubles Up Through Ben Palmer
Ben Palmer raised to 80,000 on the button and Scott Clements called on the small blind. Levi Berger called on the big blind and the flop was dealt 943. Palmer was the first to act with a bet worth 105,000. Clements folded his hand and Berger raised to 355,000. Palmer reraised to 615,000 and Berger reraised to 905,000. Palmer reraised all in and Berger called all in.
Palmer held K9 and Berger flipped up 43. The turn and river were dealt 5J and Berger’s two pair took the pot. He doubled up to survive and Palmer was absolutely crippled with just 5,000 remaining.
