The turn card is the 5c, and both players check. The river card is the 10c, Cunningham checks, Fischman bets $300,000, and Cunningham stops to think for a long while, blowing on his hands and fiddling with his chips. He studies the board and the pot while he thinks, rather than his opponent, and he eventually folds his cards, giving the pot to Fischman.

The turn card is the 2c, and both players check again. The river card is the 7s, Cunningham checks, Fischman bets $35,000, and Cunningham calls. Fischman shows 7c-4d for a pair of sevens on the river, and he wins the pot.
