Showdown Survivor Series Now Taking Place at Pacific Poker

Site Also Announces Several Changes

PacificPoker.com is pleased to announce some site improvements to PacificPoker.com that started this month and a unique bonus contest that will give away $25,000 in June.

First, players are now able to play multiple tables at one time. Player can now play up to three ring games and two tournaments simultaneously. And players can now get international at PacificPoker.com because the site now is offered in five different languages: Danish, German, French, Italian and Swedish.

June is also the month the Showdown Survivor Series takes place, which means PacificPoker.com will give $25,000 in bonuses away.

Here's how it works: On June 14, 19, and 25, "survivor" points will be given to players who make a deposit of $50 or more and play between the hours of midnight to 6 p.m. PTT.

Play at a cash ring game with stakes $0.50-$1 or higher with no less than three other members and every time a player reaches a showdown, they receive points. Players receive 1 point for playing hold'em and 2 points for playing stud and Omaha.

The top 100 players who accumulate the most points during the set time will receive bonus. The player with the most points receives $200. Finish in the top 50 and receive at least $50. Finish in the top 100 and receive at least $25.

On June 28, the Showdown Survivor Grand Finale takes place where $5,000 will be up for grabs. Make a deposit of $50 or more and play at cash games with stakes of $2-$4 or greater with three players or more between the hours of 6 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. PPT to earn points. Points are given out to each person to make a showdown, 1 point for hold'em players and 2 points for stud and Omaha players.

When it's all over, the top five players will get a piece of the $5,000. The top point earner will win $2,500, second place, $1,250, third place $650, fourth place $400 and fifth place will receive $200.
