Kagome Kagome -- known previously as IHateJuicePatrik Antonius and Kagome Kagome (formerly with the screen name IHateJuice) engaged in a nearly three-hour battle on the virtual felt Monday at their usual nosebleed stakes of $3,000-$6,000 limit hold’em on Full Tilt Poker. Antonius came out on top more than $400,000 and is in the black about $600,000 in the past week versus his mysterious German opponent.

Antonius and the 21-year-old limit hold’em specialist have been trading blows for months. It was just little more than a week ago when IHateJuice won nearly $300,000 from Antonius in a brief 70-hand session at $3,000-$6,000. Both players have endured $1 million swings in their sessions.

Despite confrontations between Antonius and Kagome Kagome at the highest stakes offered online, the largest pot of the past seven days was a 2,000-big-blind flip between unknowns BRAZZMONKEY and urubu111 at $50-$100 no-limit hold’em on PokerStars. The hand started with BRAZZMONKEY open shoving on the button for almost $100,000 with the KHeart Suit 8Diamond Suit. He was called by the 7Spade Suit 3Heart Suit of his opponent. The board ran out 8Heart Suit 7Heart Suit 5Spade Suit 4Diamond Suit 5Diamond Suit, and the pair of eights held to win the $200,000 pot.

Other big winners from the past week include Scott “URnotINdanger2” Palmer ($250,000), Alexey “LuckyGump” Makarov ($240,000), Gus Hansen ($150,000), Ville “V. Wahlbeck” Wahlbeck ($140,000), and Jared “Harrington10” Bleznick ($135,000).

One of the major headlines of the past week in the high-stakes online world was the official announcement of Isildur1’s identity as 20-year-old Swede and Team PokerStars Pro Viktor Blom. Although it had long been speculated that it was Blom, the news ends more than a year of waiting for it to be confirmed.
