Redbet Gaming Limited, the Scandinavian betting operator, has acquired a second online poker room on the Entraction network.
The company has taken control of DoubleCardrooms in another asset-based deal similar to the one which saw it take over i4Poker earlier this month.
Jorgen Andersson, chief executive of Redbet Holding said, “The acquisition of DoubleCardrooms is the second acquisition in a short time. Our expansion efforts consist of both organic growth and acquisitions. We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities opened up by the consolidation of the gaming market, both in new and existing markets.”
