German Wins Estrellas Poker Tour in Spain

Fabian Deimann Lifts €64,000 in San Sebastian

Fabian Deimann courtesy PokerStarsTwenty-five year-old Fabian Deimann of German won last week’s PokerStars Estrellas Poker Tour San Sebastian, the fourth stop on the six-stop tour of Spain.

The young German topped the field of 290 players to take down the €64,600 prize in the €910 + €90 buy in event.

It was the perfume wholesalers second final table on the Tour – he finished second in season one Malaga for €39,900.

The final table payouts were:

3: Daniel Hernández — €22,800
4: Eduardo de las Rivas — €17,700
5: Fernando Piñeiro — €14,850
6: Alfredo Rubio Ruiz — €12,150

The Tour now moves on to Barcelona as part of the European Poker Tour from August 27 to Sept. 1, 2011.
