The World Poker Tour's roster of women competing for the title of WPT Ladies Night champion has been all but set. The last remaining seat will be filled by a player who qualifies at the Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles this weekend.

Those competing for the fourth Ladies Night championship are Anahit Galajian, Joanne "JJ" Lieu, Vanessa Rousso, Erica Schoenberg, Jennifer Tilly, and the woman who wins the $125 qualifier that starts Saturday, August 19.

The $125 qualifying tournament begins Saturday at 4:15 p.m., but a cocktail party kicks off the day at 2:30 p.m. The winner of the tournament will be determined Sunday, and she will return to face the table of established she-sharks Aug. 31. The winner of the Ladies Night championship receives a $25,000 entry into the WPT championship event next year.

The WPT Ladies Night tournament is part of the WPT Legends of Poker series. The $10,000 buy-in event takes place at the Bicycle Casino August 26-30.

For this year's Ladies Night, the WPT, the Travel Channel, and the Bicycle Casino formed a partnership with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in the fight against breast cancer.

Ten percent of participants' buy-ins from the WPT Ladies Night Tournament will be donated to the Komen Foundation. In addition, an online auction to benefit the foundation is now taking place. Some of the lots include a seat at the WPT Celebrity Invitational, a day in New York City with the Travel Channel's Samantha Brown, and a racing package with Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

The online auction runs through the beginning of September. A silent auction will take place at The Bicycle Casino on August 19, in conjunction with the WPT Ladies Night event.
