Viktor “Isildur1” Blom is back in the black in his PokerStars SuperStar Showdown series having beaten Alex “Kanu7” Millar in the latest renewal of the heads up online poker series.
The Swede ended the 2,500 hand, heads up no-limit hold’em match against his English challenger up $37,687 having previously won over $160,000 from his opponent on PokerStars.
The pair played at $100/$200 and at one point Blom was up almost half of Millar’s $300,000 starting stack.
Last week Isildur1 was defeated for the second time in the Showdown series by Isaac Haxton in a heads up pot-limit Omaha cash game for just over $5,000.
