UK poker pro, tv presenter, and writer Vicky Coren is to marry her sometime colleague David Mitchell.
Mitchell, who writes for the Observer newspaper and stars in popular TV comedy Peep Show as well as numerous panel show, announced the engagement in The Times newspaper.
The message said,” ‘MR D.J.S. MITCHELL AND MISS V.E. COREN. The engagement is announced between David, son of Mr and Mrs Ian Mitchell, of Oxford, and Victoria, daughter of Dr Anne Coren and the late Mr Alan Coren, of London.’
Coren, a former European Poker Tour champion and PokerStars pro, wrote on twitter yesterday, “She wrote earlier today: ‘Thank you for your nice tweets this morning. I’m very happy.’
