Some of the UK’s biggest TV personalities are playing a special live sit ‘n’ go charity event hosted by PokerStars today.
Joining newlywed British pro Vicky Coren are chat show presenter and self confessed nerd Jonathon Ross, comedians Jason Manford and John Bishop and former tennis legend Boris Becker.
The sixth spot at the table will be taken by an online qualifier and the whole event, in front of an invited audience, will be overseen by Lee Jones.
Good news for railbirds, on a day before the return of the “Isildur1” Vs “durrrr” in a $200,000 challenge and the World Poker Tour Prague final table which is being streamed live at CardPlayer.com, is that the event will be live blogged by PokerStars from 2 p.m. GMT onwards.
Expect lots of mirth, merriment and plenty of mad hands!
