Hollywood Poker Open Comes To Charles Town RacesHPO Regional Stop In West Virginia |

The inaugural Hollywood Poker Open (HPO) is coming to the Mid-Atlantic. Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in Charles Town, West Virginia will host the next HPO regional tournament from March 21 through April 1. The action culminates the weekend of the main event ($1,620 buy-in) starting March 29. The winner of that event will also win a seat to the $500,000 guaranteed HPO Championship at the M Resort in Las Vegas in June.
Located just an hour’s drive from the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. beltways, Hollywood Casino’s 50 poker tables will be augmented with another 30 tables to accommodate this regional tournament. Thousands of players throughout the region are expected to participate in 15 events over a 12-day period. In addition to the main event and its qualifiers, highlights will include a $100,000 guaranteed Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’Em event (March 22-24; $560 buy-in), Seniors and Ladies events, a variety of Omaha events, and daily single table satellites.

Following the action in Charles Town, the next HPO regional tournament will be held at Hollywood Casino St. Louis, April 4-14.
