The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour pulls into Didsbury, Manchester today for the second stop of season seven of its annual jaunt around Britain.
The G Casino hosts 13 events over the next week with the centrepiece being the £500 + £50, three day, re-entry main event starting Thursday, April 11 with a £50,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Re-entry and late entry is allowed for six levels in the main event and players can re-enter once per day with a full registration fee.
Players get a 20,000 starting stack and 60 minute clock. The final table takes place on Sunday, April 14.
Additionally the festival sees a wide variety of side events to suit all pockets including turbo satellites, six max no-limit hold’em, turbo and bounty re-entries and pot-limit Omaha.
The first stop of this season’s Tour was won by Martin Bader in London who took down £56,000 for topping the 397 player field at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino.
