The winner of the World Series of Poker event no. 31, $1,500 pot-limit Omaha high-low was Jarred Graham, a 24-year-old part-time professional poker player from Southbank, Australia. Graham was the first Australian to win an event this summer.
Graham scored $255,942 in prize money and his first gold bracelet when he topped the field of 936 entrants.
Two notables at the final table were Barry Greenstein and Marco Johnson. Johnson was runner-up and Greenstein finished third. This was the third final table Johnson finished runner-up at in his career and Greenstein’s cash was enough to put him over the $8 million mark in casino winnings.
