Two of poker’s most popular vloggers squared off recently on Hustler Casino Live for a pot of almost $200,000. Although Mariano Grandoli and Ethan ‘Rampage’ Yau are good friends, there was nothing friendly about the runout that resulted in one player getting felted.

The game featured blinds of $25-$50 with a $50 big blind ante, and on this particular hand there was a straddle and double straddle to $400. Mariano told the table he was going to change things up by limping in blind. Two other players called, and then Mariano encouraged a check from Rampage in the straddle, who was holding 10Heart Suit 7Spade Suit.

The flop came down KHeart Suit 10Club Suit 7Diamond Suit. It checked to Rampage, who bet $3,000 with bottom two pair. That prompted Mariano to finally look at his hand, which was KSpade Suit JDiamond Suit. He raised to $6,000 with top pair to get the pot heads-up with Rampage, who reraised to $15,000.

Mariano thought about it a bit before announcing all in. Rampage would have to call off the last of his $79,775, but was a 67% favorite to win the pot, according to the Card Player Poker Odds Calculator.

Rampage Gets Felted

“How good is your blind hand?” Rampage inquired. “What are you doing? If I lose, then I have no more money. How good can this blind hand possibly be? It’s kind of insane. How full of shit do you think I am?”

Rampage eventually talked himself into a call. When all the chips were counted, the two were playing for a pot of $191,175.

“We’re still friends if you beat me,” Rampage added.

They elected to run the turn and river twice. The first runout brought the 4Spade Suit followed by the JSpade Suit to hand Mariano a better two pair.

That was followed by the KDiamond Suit on the turn of the second runout for three of a kind, followed by the QSpade Suit on the river. A 2-to-1 underdog to win the hand initially, Mariano instead won both runouts to add significantly to his bankroll.

“I have no more money,” Rampage announced as he stood up and took off his microphone.

Mariano has played on several live streams in recent years with more than $2 million in winnings since 2021, according to HighRollPoker.com. His YouTube channel has 177,000 subscribers and his videos have 37 million views.

Rampage has 324,000 YouTube subscribers with videos totaling more than 90 million views. He also has $3.6 million in tournament winnings including a WSOP bracelet and a WPT high roller title.
