Station Casinos, which controls Ultimate Poker, one of Nevada’s three online poker sites, just reported its best quarter since 2009. That is according to a press release the firm put out last week.
The company’s consolidated net revenue for the quarter ending March 31, 2014 was $329.3 million, an increase of 5.6 percent compared to the prior year period.
“Station Casinos had a strong start to the year with first quarter results reflecting continued improved performance across all areas of our business,” said Marc Falcone, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
In addition to the figures, the firm highlighted renovations it will be making to Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch, two of its many properties catering to the locals market.
Ultimate Poker kicked off online poker in April of 2013. Card Player recently chatted with the CEO of Ultimate Gaming, Tobin Prior, shortly before the one-year anniversary.
