Instagram celeb and high-stakes poker player Dan Bilzerian has hired the lawyer who got the infamous Casey Anthony off on a murder charge in 2011 to help him fight a lawsuit from a woman in Florida who wants damages after Bilzerian allegedly kicked her in the face at a Miami nightclub, according to People Magazine.

Bilzerian reportedly has denied the allegations.

From the report:

On Dec. 10, he was sued by Miami-based model Vanessa Castano, who claimed that he kicked her in the face at a trendy South Beach club. “Bilzarian was on an elevated dancing platform,” the lawsuit reads, “and violently and intentionally kicked plaintiff in the face while wearing what resembled military boots.” The lawsuit seeks actual and punitive damages.

He is also facing criminal charges in Nevada for allegedly possessing bomb-making materials. He faces up to six years in prison for the alleged Nevada felony.
