Dan Bilzerian On Poker After DarkPoker player and “King of Instagram” Dan Bilzerian has put his 38,289-square foot house in Las Vegas up for sale. The opportunity to live like a social media star won’t come cheap, however, as the spacious property currently has a price tag of $25 million.

The home features seven bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, and sits on more than five acres. The realty listing describes the house:

“Experience the pinnacle of luxury living with this one-of-a-kind Spanish Colonial estate, where no detail has been overlooked, and no expense has been spared.” The property is also “adorned with the finest imported materials from around the world.”

Something For Everyone

The listing also calls the abode an “architectural marvel” with numerous amenities including a private movie theater, game room, gourmet kitchen, pizza ovens, indoor/outdoor dining, and more. There are tiled floors throughout much of the home including in the expansive kitchen. The wine storage area looks as if it could hold hundreds of vintages and one area of the home even houses a poker table backdropped by a large aquarium.

The property is perfect for those who enjoy some sports and recreation. The home’s new owners can take their pick from a cutting-edge golf simulator, rock climbing walls, foam pit, lounge, baseball/paintball field, gym, roller hockey rink that can convert to a volleyball or tennis court, and even a padded gymnastics/jujutsu room.

Looking to host some friends? The home boasts plenty of outdoor space – including some tortoise statues – for grilling out and relaxing by the “breathtaking” pool complete with water slide and resort-like ambiance. Those with motorized toys are also in luck as there is ample garage space including two large RV garages.

“This estate transcends the ordinary,” the listing notes of the property. “It’s a lifestyle beyond compare. Seize the opportunity to own an unparalleled piece of luxury that stands in a class of its own.”

Man Of Mystery

Bilzerian is known for his social media posts from exotic locations around the world and was briefly a brand ambassador for GGPoker, although there isn’t much evidence that he did much promotion work for the online poker site.

He has claimed to have won millions of dollars in high-stakes cash games, but has also received money in trust from his father, corporate raider Paul Bilzerian, who reportedly earned hundreds of millions of dollars. He battled the U.S. government for years in court after the Securities and Exchange Commission won a $62 million judgment against him for securities fraud.

In 2014, The Wall Street Journal described the younger Bilzerian as “a social-media celebrity for his frequent postings documenting a lifestyle of yachts, sports cars and nightclubs, but he says one question follows him. Where did his money come from?”
