The legendary Binions in Las Vegas is hosting the
Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge on Friday, Feb. 9, at 4 p.m. The
direct buy-in for the poker tournament is $235 and will take place in Binions poker room. Play will continue until the final table has been established. The final table will commence on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 4 p.m. Like all
UPC tournaments, the final table of the
Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge will be televised.
Binions has been running $35 and $60 single-table satellites since noon on Thursday, Feb. 8. These satellites will continue until 3 p.m. on Friday.
At 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, Binions and the
UPC will run a supersatellite. The entry amount for the supersatellite has not been determined.
The
UPC is now in its third season, with three live events taped weekly and aired on television on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. Each episode features the final table filmed live. Check your local listings for times and dates.
Celebrity poker player Chad Brown is host of the
UPC and joined by a different poker professional on every episode. Regular cohosts include Kenna James, Brandi Williams, and Brian Mollica.
